In today's unique story, we are happy to introduce you to the fantastic design of the guest cabin in the basement, which was invented and implemented by the talented masters and designers of the architectural studio Princeton Design Collaborative in the US state of New Jersey.
Owners of this cottage wanted to create in their basement with a total area of 49 square meters a stunning corner for rest, quiet reading and peaceful communication with friends, relatives and family members in a cozy atmosphere.
To develop a plan for the reconstruction of this zone, they invited talented employees of the agency Princeton Design Collaborative, who managed to form a fresh and modern renewed space with amazing interior.
Architect John Conroy (John Conroy) designed for the couple an interesting decoration.
When decorating the basement, he used striped decor, a unique corrugated metal ceiling and thoughtful lighting.
At the same time custom-made designer furniture has brought to this area a feeling of incredible comfort and authenticity.
One of the features of the room was the low ceiling with the volume pipes of the air duct. The specialist moved them to the floor and decorated them with laconic shelves.
This decision not only radically transformed the space, but also allowed to visually increase the basement area.
The ceiling was also trimmed with perforated corrugated metal panels, which not only perfectly reflect light, but also bring an industrial feel to the decoration.
The illumination system was made with pointwise ceiling lamps, which fill the room with a soft and muffled dazzling radiance.
Natural heat in the basement is due to the small window openings, equipped with a TV and a flight of stairs.
The columns on the right are structural, and the designer on the left side added to the decoration of the unusual house to support the symmetry.
PVC pipes were covered with a combination chamfered finish using the finish paint Rust-Oleum (Rust-Oleum).
These architectural elements give the space a complete look and at the same time they perfectly harmonize with the metal coating of the ceiling.
The decoration of the walls and beams was done using light-textured maple wood.
She gave the interior incredible softness and warmth, and also filled the atmosphere with elegance and elegance.
The master's salon was decorated with magnificent sofas with a light upholstery and numerous pillows with a stunning ornament.

Architect John Conroy has expanded and aligned existing windows behind the TV.
He chose for them a stained glass from Anderson Windows to emphasize their laconic and elegant exterior.
The furniture set was specially made by engineers for this creative project.
A creative coffee table with shelves for books, minimalist tables, an original TV niche and other objects give the decoration a complete look.
